When you use the contact form on this website we collect: • First name and last name • Email address • Phone number (optional) • Company name • Information about your inquiry (intent, products of interest, portfolio size) When you visit our website we automatically collect: • Anonymised page visit data via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers stored)

Contact form data is processed to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to follow up as part of our sales process. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — specifically our interest in responding to inbound business enquiries. Website analytics are collected to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No consent is required for this processing.

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to manage your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 3 years after our last interaction unless a longer retention period is required by law. Anonymised analytics data is retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information.

We may share your contact form data with: • Attio (CRM) — used to manage and follow up on inquiries. Attio acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Data may be stored on servers in the EU or US (under EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics, our web analytics tool, is cookieless by design. We may use strictly necessary cookies for website functionality (e.g. session management). These do not require your consent.
