Founded in 2010 out of a SINTEF research project, Piscada has spent 15 years solving real operational problems in real buildings. We evolved from BMS infrastructure to building intelligence to AI-powered operations — accumulating data, expertise, and hard-won lessons along the way.
Today we run 1,500+ buildings across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark from our offices in Trondheim and Drammen, with a team of 30+ engineers, data scientists, and building automation specialists. Every building we connect makes the system smarter.

Following successful commercialisation of the research results, Piscada AS is formally established in Trondheim, Norway.
