Each physical building in your portfolio counts as one unit. A building is typically a single address with its own BMS connection. If you manage a campus with multiple interconnected structures under one management system, we'll work with you to define what makes sense for your setup.

Absolutely. That's exactly how most customers start. Foresight is designed to scale — same plan, same price per building, no matter how many you add. Your per-building rate stays fixed as your portfolio grows.

Standard gives you full platform access: Facilities, Energy, real-time monitoring, and alarms. Standard + AI adds a natural language interface and Smart Widgets — letting you ask questions about your buildings in plain language and surface AI-generated insights directly on your dashboards.

A one-time onboarding fee applies per building: 16 900 NOK for small buildings (up to 10 000 m²), 19 900 NOK for medium (10 001–25 000 m²), and 24 900 NOK for large (25 001+ m²). This covers BMS connection, dashboard configuration, and go-live support — typically completed within a week. Fees are based on a standard connection (see below). Enterprise onboarding is scoped as part of the contract.

A standard connection assumes the necessary documentation for the automation systems is available — including type of building controllers / PLCs, type of BMS, number of HVAC systems, and a topological diagram. It also assumes communication via BACnet TCP/IP and a clear tagging/labeling system. If your installation doesn't meet these conditions, the onboarding scope and price may be adjusted.

Foresight is available on annual contracts. You pay for a full year at the per-building monthly rate shown above. Most customers sign for one year, with straightforward renewal as their portfolio grows.

You can upgrade at any time. The AI tier activates immediately — no migration, no reconfiguration. You simply move from one per-building price to the other.

Buildings are grouped into three tiers based on floor area: Small (up to 10 000 m²), Medium (10 001–25 000 m²), and Large (25 001+ m²). Both the monthly subscription and the one-time onboarding fee vary by size. Building complexity may also move a building up or down in category.

No. Foresight connects in parallel with your existing Building Management System — no replacement required. If you are already a Piscada BAS customer, you get 30% off the Standard monthly subscription per building.

The preferred approach is to connect in parallel with the existing Building Management System (BMS) and interface directly with the building controllers / PLCs over BACnet. Alternatively, Foresight supports connectivity via Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, or REST APIs.
