Every building uses more energy than it should.
Energy data tells you what you're using. Operational data tells you why. We give you both.
Do you know how much it cost
to run your AHU for 1 hour?
The waste is hiding in patterns across every portfolio. Here are the three biggest culprits.
Hidden consumption
HVAC running at full capacity on holidays. Equipment cycling unnecessarily overnight. You can't optimize what you can't see.
No cross-building insight
Building A uses 40% more energy than Building B. Why? Without benchmarks, you're flying blind across your portfolio.
Change over time
Things happen. New tenants. Changed setpoints. Different occupancy schedules. New equipment installed. Every change affects consumption — but most of it goes unnoticed.
Everything you need to
Optimize energy.
Pattern analysis, operational cost linking, waste detection, and portfolio benchmarking powered by AI. Find hidden consumption, track sustainability goals, and reduce energy costs across your entire portfolio.
See your energy data the way it was meant to be seen.
From meter overviews to heat system performance, every dashboard is built around real data from your buildings — giving you instant clarity on consumption, anomalies, and where energy is being lost.

Most waste is invisible.
Until you map it.
Pattern analysis reveals what manual checks never catch — systems running out of schedule, loads that don't match occupancy, and operational costs quietly compounding floor by floor.
Six ways to
Find savings.
From pattern analysis to compliance reporting — everything you need to optimize energy across your portfolio.
Pattern analysis
Identify daily, weekly, and seasonal consumption patterns. Spot anomalies automatically. Every deviation is flagged and explained.
Off-hours detection
Automatically flag energy use during periods when buildings should be in low-power mode. Why is AHU-7 running at 80% capacity on a Sunday?
Simultaneous heating & cooling
Two systems fighting in the same zone. Invisible without cross-system analysis. One of the most common — and most fixable — sources of waste.
Portfolio benchmarks
Compare energy performance across your portfolio. Normalize by size, occupancy, weather, and building type. Identify underperformers instantly.
Operations-to-cost linking
See the direct financial impact of every operational decision. When HVAC runs off-schedule, Foresight shows you exactly what it costs — in euros, not kilowatts.
ESG compliance
Generate sustainability reports. Track carbon footprint. Ready for GRESB, CRREM, and EU Taxonomy reporting requirements.
Start with Energy.
Unlock the full picture.
Energy is powerful on its own — giving you consumption analytics and anomaly detection from day one. Add Facilities and Control, and you go further: trace every cost back to a fault, act on it instantly, and close the loop between what you see and what you fix.
Facilities Detects
Heating valve stuck partially open in Building 7.
Energy Calculates
Excess consumption: 12.5 kWh/day. Annual waste projected.
Control Adjusts
Valve setpoint corrected. Monitoring recovery for 24h.

Everything you need to know about the Energy application
Metering systems record consumption — they tell you how much energy you used. Foresight Energy analyzes patterns across time, weather, occupancy, and operations to tell you why consumption is high and where waste is occurring. It detects off-hours anomalies, simultaneous heating and cooling conflicts, and correlates operational decisions directly to energy cost. Where a meter shows '450 kWh today', Foresight Energy shows 'AHU-7 ran at full capacity on Sunday — that's 12.5 kWh unnecessary consumption costing €3.20 per day.'
Foresight Energy connects through Piscada BAS to your BMS, smart meters, and energy sub-meters. It works with any BMS — Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or proprietary systems — using the Piscada edge gateway. For ESG reporting, it can ingest utility invoices, district heating data, and renewable energy certificates. No rip-and-replace required: the gateway connects alongside your existing infrastructure.
Simultaneous heating and cooling (SHC) happens when heating and cooling systems activate in the same zone at the same time — often due to control sequence conflicts or poor zone mapping. Foresight Energy cross-references supply air temperatures, valve positions, and setpoints across your HVAC systems. When heating and cooling signals overlap in the same zone, it flags the conflict, calculates the energy waste, and identifies which control sequences are causing it. This is invisible without cross-system data correlation.
Immediate partial benefit, full benefit within 2-4 weeks. Day 1-2: Edge gateway connects to BMS and meters, data collection begins. Day 2-3: Pattern baseline established, first off-hours anomalies detected. Week 2: Seasonal and weekly patterns identified, portfolio benchmarks initialized. Week 4+: Full anomaly detection, simultaneous heating & cooling analysis, and ESG reporting active. Most customers identify their first fixable waste source within the first week.
Foresight Energy generates reports ready for GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), CRREM (Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor), and EU Taxonomy alignment. It tracks Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, energy intensity (kWh/m²), and carbon footprint per building and portfolio. Reports are exportable in formats compatible with GRESB submissions. As EU reporting requirements evolve, the reporting templates are updated without requiring changes to your setup.
Energy works fully standalone. Standalone: connects to your meters and BMS, delivers consumption analytics, off-hours detection, portfolio benchmarks, and ESG reporting. Integrated with Facilities: energy waste is automatically linked to fault findings — e.g., a stuck heating valve detected by Facilities shows its exact energy cost in Energy. Integrated with Control: you can act directly on identified waste. Most customers start with Energy for immediate consumption visibility and expand as ROI becomes clear.
