Piscada signed a four-year framework agreement with Thon Gruppen — the real estate and hospitality group founded by Olav Thon, and one of Norway's largest privately owned real estate companies (500+ properties, NOK 100+ billion portfolio) — for energy optimization and portfolio operations across hotels, shopping centres, and commercial properties. Thon Gruppen, built by Olav Thon over several decades, includes Thon Eiendom and Thon Hotels and is today owned by the Olav Thon Foundation.
